Introduction
EERl Arhictects was founded in Shanghai, 2019 by Hou Rui and Zhu Lijin.
As a research-based pioneering design studio, we actively respond to the current issues of urban renewal and rural development in the field of spatial design, exploring the new social role of architects in this era in practice, and expanding the boundaries of architecture and design through continuous learning, experimentation and reflection. With an open attitude and interdisciplinary research methodology, the studio continues to practice and explore in multi-scale fields including urban design, architecture, interior, landscape, furniture and installation. lts projects include urban renewal, cultural and tourism complexes, hotels, offices, education, commercial spaces, and private residences.
